Marlin E. Buckley has over 45 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his early career working with tools, then moved into construction management, and later on into expert consulting for construction trades. Buckley has trade level experience in electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and plumbing work. Buckley currently runs his own private consulting practice, Marlin Buckley, P.C. for which he provides expert witness consulting, estimating and bid preparation, and project management.

Having earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Cairn University, Marlin continues to attend various continuing education classes.

In addition to several trade licenses, Marlin E. Buckley is a journeyman carpenter, specializing in mill-work and finish carpentry.
