Maryland LIVE Casino and Hotel: Hanover, Maryland
Provided a property assessment report for a property of approximately 2.3 million square feet on a 12 acre site. The comprehensive property assessment report was used to purchase the property and included an evaluation of the roof membrane, building exterior façade, parking decks, exposed structural systems, MEP systems and conference/entertainment spaces.

Responsible for CD development, on-site construction administration and Certificate of Occupancy.
