The comprehensive property assessment report was used to purchase the property and included an evaluation of the roof membrane, building exterior façade, parking decks, exposed structural systems, MEP systems and conference/entertainment spaces.

Lead architect with work including a poured-in-place concrete structure with glass curtain wall on three sides and flanked by two private balconies. A two-story Penthouse unit with 60-ft SS lap pool maximizing 180-degree views of downtown Philadelphia. Responsible for CD development, on-site construction administration and Certificate of Occupancy.

    Lead architect for 19-unit condominium and retail space in the heart of center
    city. A seven-story steel and precast concrete plank structure wrapped on three sides with prefabricated metal and brick curtain wall panels. Responsible for CD development, on-site construction administration, and Certificate of Occupancy.
